Important Author Information
At least one author per paper must be registered as an AUTHOR at the full Member / Non-Member registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students.
The author registration deadline is April 17, 2024 April 27, 2024 for conference papers.
The author registration deadline is May 15, 2024 for demo, PhD colloquium, and workshop papers.
Each Author Registration is valid for ONE paper.
Each paper to be included in the MDM 2024 proceedings (including research, industry, demo, workshop and PhD forum papers) must have at least one *Conference Registration* by its authors.
Every paper needs one author to register. The discount for subsequent papers is 50% if an author wants to register for multiple papers.
Authors can locate their Paper ID# in the submission site.

Cancellation and Refund
All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to the registration chairs by 15 May, 2024, 11:59 PM AoE Time. No refunds are available after the cancellation deadline.
At least one author of the paper must be registered in order to upload and register the camera-ready paper. If complete payment is not received by the author registration deadline, the paper will be pulled from the publication in MDM 2024.
There will be an administrative fee of 50 EUR for canceled registrations.
No refunds are available after the cancellation deadline.

Payment will be accepted through the following methods:
- Credit card (secure payment system)
- Wire transfer - All bank charges have to be paid by the payer.
- Other: in case your institute requires other modes of payments, you will be able to specify it in the registration site.
